Fresh Kimchi ( GeotJeori) recipe
*Preparation : cabbage 800gm(cut into 5cm pieces) / 2cups of sugar / kimchi seasoning.
**Sprinkle the sugar(or corn syrup)evenly over the cabbage
***Marinate for 5-6min until sufficiently softened
**Rinse the cabbage with cold water & shake off all excess water
***Evenly coat the kimchi seasoning to the cabbage, now its done.!!
** it immediately as its FRESH KIMCHI called GEOT-JEO-RI.

Enjoy your GEOT-JEO-RI(=non fermented fresh kimchi)

Non-Fermented Kimchi (Geotjeori) Recipe
Ingredients:
800 grams of cabbage (cut into 5-6 cm pieces)
2 cups sugar (or corn syrup as an alternative)

Instructions:
Prepare the Cabbage:

Cut the cabbage into 5-6 cm pieces.
Apply Sugar (or corn syrup)

Sprinkle the sugar (or corn syrup) evenly over the cabbage pieces. Use approximately 2 cups of sugar.
Marinate:

Let the cabbage marinate for 5-6 minutes until it is sufficiently softened.
Rinse and Drain:

Gently rinse the cabbage with cold water once to remove excess sugar.
Shake off any excess water from the cabbage.

Add the kimchi seasoning to the cabbage.
Toss the cabbage with the seasoning until it is evenly coated.
Enjoy:

Your Geotjeori (non-fermented fresh kimchi) is ready to eat! Serve it immediately as a side dish or use it in various recipes.
