Description
Bibimbap is a Korean rice dish that comprises of white rice, assorted vegetables that have been flash fried, some meat, and topped with an egg and a spicy bibimbap sauce (traditionally made with gochujang). For my version of kimchi bibimbap, I have used kimchi and bibimbap sauce from KS Foods. Both the products were amazing, authentically Korean and perfectly flavoured.
